Support ClearMoneySchool.

ClearMoneySchool is free to read. If you find a lesson, calculator, or market explainer useful, you can chip in $5 a month. That's the whole offer. No subscriber-only content. No perks. No member tier.

Last reviewed June 16, 2026

If you'd prefer a paid product, our Premium tier launches in 2027 with deeper courses, downloadable toolkits, and exclusive lessons. That's a separate signup.

Tipping helps keep the lights on. Reading is free either way.

Tip $5/month

Cancel any time. No tax deduction. Not a paywall. Core lessons stay free for everyone. Premium tier launches in 2027 as a separate signup.

What $5 actually funds.

ClearMoneySchool is a small operation, run carefully on a small budget. Here is honestly where the money goes.

  • Hosting, domain, and tooling so the site stays online
  • Time to research, write, and edit lessons carefully
  • Keeping the core lessons and calculators free for everyone

What it doesn't buy.

We want to be straight about this so nobody is disappointed:

  • Premium content. That launches in 2027 as a separate signup.
  • Special access. Tippers get the same lessons as everyone else.
  • A tax deduction. ClearMoneySchool is not a registered nonprofit.

· What's coming

A bigger ClearMoneySchool, still free at the core.

We are building toward a few bigger features over the next year. Some will be part of the Premium tier launching in 2027 as a separate signup. Others will stay free for everyone. The core promise stays: the lessons, glossary, calculators, and worksheets that exist today will stay free forever.

An AI tutor

Ask a money question in plain English, get a plain-English answer that links back to our lessons. Always with sources. Never giving personalized advice.

Video lessons

The same lessons, but on video, for people who learn better by watching than by reading.

More lessons, faster

Steady, careful additions to the lesson library and glossary. Plain English, primary sources, reviewed personally before publishing.

A few common questions.

Why $5/month and not a one-time tip?
Recurring support lets us plan. We can commit to writing more lessons next month if we know the bills are covered. A one-time tip jar option may come later, but for now this is what helps most.
Will my tip get me anything you don't give other readers?
No, by design. Core lessons, glossary, calculators, and Market Pulse explainers stay free for everyone. Your $5/month funds the mission, not access. Premium content launches in 2027 as a separate paid product for readers who want more, not as a perk for tippers.
Is this tax-deductible?
No. ClearMoneySchool is not a registered nonprofit. Your contribution is a personal, after-tax payment to keep this site running.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in one click, from your Stripe receipt or email. We will not chase you, guilt-message you, or hide the button.
I can't afford $5. Is there another way to help?
Yes. Share a lesson with someone who needs it. Reply to one of our emails with a question that becomes a lesson for thousands. The site grows on word of mouth, not ads.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. We never see or store your card details.
